Staff Coach

Duties

• Deliver high-quality tennis instruction through structured and engaging practice sessions for individuals and groups of all ages. Adjust coaching techniques based on the strengths, weaknesses, and physical condition of the players. Instruct on tennis performance principles to achieve desired results.
• Create a respectful, motivating, and supporting environment for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of individual players, communicate with the coaching staff and participants to ensure player’s consistent improvement.
• Assist in planning, organization, and execution of practice sessions, training camps, clinics, and similar events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 24 months of tennis coaching experience (tennis camps, academies, team environment) or experience playing tennis at a competitive collegiate level.
• Experience must be in a job or similar occupation in tennis coaching including to children of different ages and adults. Knowledge of tennis fundamentals and instructional techniques is required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
